1. Application field

These General Terms of Business apply to your reservations when using the worldwide Online Reservation System CiaoCaorle.com.

2. Booking

Every hotel reservation request made via the Online Reservation System will be transmitted to the appropriate hotel by CiaoCaorle.com. The function of CiaoCaorle.com is to establish a direct link between hotel properties and Internet users. CiaoCaorle.com is not responsible for responses provided by hotel properties to the reservation requests.

3. Copyright of contents published on CiaoCaorle.com

CiaoCaorle registered users guarantee copyright of the information published as feedback regarding the properties in question, or guarantee to have acquired the rights of copyright and reproduction of the above mentioned feedback on CiaoCaorle.com and that the use of the above mentioned feedback by CiaoCaorle.com does not in any way constitute a violation of copyright or any other violation of third party interests.

CiaoCaorle.com has the unlimited right (but not the responsibility) to verify, publish, refute or exclude from publication, all or part, of your opinion. Therefore, if CiaoCaorle.com maintains that what you have written is not suitable for publication, CiaoCaorle.com has the absolute right to exclude it.

Feedback such as that contained in the following list is prohibited. All participants guarantee that they will not submit feedback that

5. Contract for accommodation and payment.

The accommodation contract comes into being at the time of the confirmation of the reservation request by the hotel. Payment of the confirmed CiaoCaorle.com room rate will be made directly to the hotel. All rights and obligations arising from the ensuing accommodation contract exist directly and exclusively between the booking party and his/her chosen hotel.

6. Modifications and cancellations

In order to avoid misunderstandings, all modifications and cancellations should always be made via the CiaoCaorle.com Reservation System.

7. Property categories and information

Property classification is based on national standards and regulations. Hotel star-rating provides an indication, without obligation, of the hotel standard, bearing in mind possible self-assessment by the hotels. All property information, description and images are based on those supplied by the property itself.

8. Room rates

All the rates found in our website are provided directly by the properties and are per room and per night. The breakfast is included n the price.

9. Miscellaneous

CiaoCaorle.com is not liable for errors in processing or transmitting data. It is forbidden to transfer any data or information to third parties without the authorisation of CiaoCaorle.com. The contract is under the Italian jurisdiction. Court of jurisdiction is Venice.
